Custom Orders

Planning something specific? Custom Orders is for logos, names, and one-off designs on apparel you can wear confidently — powered by DTF personalization and ready-made design options.

How custom orders work

  1. Garment — start from Everyday Merch / Ready-Made, or request a blank style (T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, youth).
  2. Colour & size — pick what fits; approved Gildan catalog arrives via S&S Activewear.
  3. Design — share artwork (PNG preferred, ~300 DPI, max art about 10–12" wide, file ≤25MB). Front-chest print safe zone recommended.
  4. Preview & approve — mockup/preview only until the live designer is connected. No live print-file generation without an approved app. Teeinblue (or similar) is a placeholder for now.
  5. Checkout — after you approve the preview, we produce with DTF.
